References to court decisions reproduce publicly available press material and are stated as such; where a judgment is not final, this is indicated.

When you request a demonstration we collect your name, organisation, work email and role. This information is used solely to respond to your request and arrange the session. It is not sold, used for marketing by third parties, or used to profile you.

Legal basis: we process your data to respond to your request and take steps at your request prior to any engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we rely on legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).

Recipients: your data is accessible only to Fiduciacorp and to the technical providers acting on our instructions: Hostinger International Ltd (hosting) and Formspree, Inc. (form processing, United States), under data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Hosting and data location: the site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd on servers located in the European Union. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. and forwarded to contact@fiduciacorp.com.

Data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to contact@fiduciacorp.com.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The only information collected is what you enter in the demonstration request form. Fonts are served by Google Fonts; your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver them.
